Father parked on highway and set off firecrackers to cheer his twin sons up

A driver was arrested by police on the spot of setting off firecracker on Hurongxi highway at 15:10 P.M. January 2009. The driver explained that he did so just for cheering up his upset twin sons.

It is reported that the man named Wang was driving his father and twin sons returning from Jiangsu to Chongqing to celebrate the Spring Festival .It was boring on the way, and his two 4-year-old sons soon got tied and began weeping and crying. The father and the grandpa did every thing they could to calm them down, but the children just didn' t stop. The grandfather suddenly got the idea of setting off fireworks. Wang agreed and stopped the car, seeing that few cars were on the road, he carried out the grandfather' s idea.

Wang said the twins'  crying was too annoying, so although he knew that parking on the highway was not allowed but he still did it. He was fined 200 Yuan and 6 points.
