According to Taiwan's "Today's News" reported on the 9th Feb. 2009, there are twins in Malaysia, in which one twin trafficked illegal drugs. According to Malaysian law, drug traffickers are sentenced to death, but because the court can not identify who the trafficker is, so the judge decided acquitted of a charge.
One of 27-year-old twin brothers was carrying cannabis and opium to a house in 2003 and was seized by the policemen on the spot in Malaysia. Then another twin arrived at the same house and was arrested too.  Apart from the police can not identify them, even the DNA testing is still unable to determine who is the real drug traffickers.

According to the law of Malaysia, drug traffickers will be sentenced to death, but the judge finally ruled that the two acquitted of the crime. According to the judge that in order not to misjudge, thus was making this particular decision. The twins are very fortunate for they looked too similar.
