Warrington's Bridgend-born twins Ben and Rhys Evans are among a host of new faces included in a 31-strong Wales squad for next month's European Cup.

The squad, which will be reduced before the 17 October friendly against England in Bridgend, includes 13 players from Celtic Crusaders.

The Crusaders contingent includes Australian Chris Beasley, who qualifies through residency.

The squad includes one amateur in Bridgend Blue Bulls' Christiaan Roets.

Also in line to make their Wales debuts are Bradford forward Glen Morrison and Castleford centre James Evans.

Wales will announce their new coach on Tuesday, with Iestyn Harris expected to be named as the successor to former Crusaders coach John Dixon.
