The Bella Twins help Virginia Johnson learn some moves

(Tampa Bay On Demand) -- The WWE's Bella Twins are returning to the place of their wrestling roots for a Monday Night Raw performance at the St. Pete Times Forum.

The duo was trained right here in Tampa.

It took four hours a day in the ring for an entire year for them to learn their moves.

Tampa Bay On Demand's Virginia Johnson joined the girls at the gym where it all happened, Florida Championship Wrestling, for a crash course.
