Twin babies abandoned in women's toilet found

Police are desperately searching for the parents of a pair of newborn twins who were found lying abandoned in a public toilet in Shunde district of Foshan, Guangdong province, on Monday.

The twin boys were found inside a women's toilet in the Jianhaibei area. They were rushed to a hospital, where doctors confirmed the babies were "absolutely healthy".

According to the woman who informed the police, the babies were howling in a compartment of the toilet because of the cold.
