Twins suspected of killing 7-year-old boy

BNEI AYISH, Israel, Jan. 1 (UPI) -- Israeli police said Friday they suspect 20-year-old twins of killing a 7-year-old boy whose body was found in their home.

Officers said neighbors believed the twins to be pedophiles and at least one sexual abuse claim allegedly had been filed in the past, Ynetnews reported.

The victim was identified as Leon Kalantarov of the southern Israeli town of Bnei Ayish. He had been missing since Thursday. His body was found on a bed in the suspects' home.

Names of the suspects were withheld. They were due in magistrates court on Friday.
