Wellington school braces for grief over slain twins

But Neal Jacobson, 49, fatally shot the twins and their mother, authorities said.

Shortly after 7 a.m. Saturday, he left their home at 1580 South Sea Court in the gated Isles at Wellington neighborhood and crashed his sport utility vehicle west of Delray Beach.

When paramedics arrived, they found him covered in blood and carrying a .38-caliber revolver. He confessed to the killings, according to an affidavit for Jacobson's arrest.
