It is acknowledged that twins should have similar appearance and  height. But there is such a pair of twins in Wuhan. Compared with the younger twin Xu Ming, the older twin Xu Cong is much shorter, and his head can't lean back, otherwise the body leans back too.

Xu Cong's father says that he has worked outside for years with his wife, and the twins are brought up by grandparents. He remembers that Xu Cong said of throat aching at the age of two, and he was diagnosed as sore throat, which recovered after treatment. Xu Cong had coughed a lot in the past three years, and the grandparents thought it was petty cold. Xu Cong grew in such constant sickness.

Half a month ago, Xu Cong shouted because of hurt in the back when playing electric horse. The grandpa took him for a check in local hospital, and there came out to be a metal thing as long as 7.4 cm in his lung. The family had no idea when or how the nail got in to his body. Xu's father hurried home and took him to Xiehe hospital for treatment.

Wang Jianjun, director at department of chest surgery got surprised. According to his experience, the nail must have got choked in and fell into the trachea in the lung when Cong cried with his trachea open. Fortunately, the nail head was on the top, and got stuck by the adjacent part of the trachea, away from the blood vessel. Otherwise, if the nail keeping going down, it must have pricked the blood vessel, and killed Congcong immediately.

In March 18, professor Wang Jianjun did the operation, cutting Cong's trachea and find the nail which has become black. Professor Wang said that Cong was lucky. If the nail stayed there longer, it could have pricked the heart and caused unimaginable consequence. After the surgery, Cong has recovered fast. Professor Wang said that his lung will be normal again.

The strange disease got cured, Xu Cong painted a picture to professor Wang Jianjun for gratitude.
