The 4th Western He'nan National Twins' Grand Canyon Rafting Contest Ended Succes

On May 16, the fourth western He'nan national twins' grand canyon rafting contest rang down the curtain successfully. Thousands of tourists from places like He'nan, Anhui, Shaanxi, and Shanxi shared the passion and joy of drifting with twin contestants. Yan Zhengwei, deputy director of Sanmenxia city tourism bureau praised this event to be the highlight of "the 16th Sanmenxia Yellow River international tourism festival".

According to the manager of the western He'nan Grand Canyon scenic spot Mr. Tian Wei, there were more than 1000 pairs of twins in this activity. A family from Linfen even brought two pairs of twins. There were seven pairs of twins from a village in Wentang in Shaanxi province.  The diversified dialects and varied talents made this contest a classic national talent stage for twins.
 
It is learned that the ceremony of both the western He'nan grand canyon becoming national 4A scenic spot and the opening ceremony of the twins rafting contest was held in April 2007. 128 pairs of twins from Shaanxi, Shanxi, and Henan witnessed this exciting tourism event. From then on, the twins travelling activities began to take place in western He'nan grand canyon. The participating twins had increased from 128 pairs in the first session to present more than 1000 pairs. The increasing participants number is a proof for the rapid development of western He'nan grand canyon brand and influence.
