Twin band
Good at both show and study
In 2005, the 16-year-old twin sisters Liang Jiaxin and Liang Jiayue both got recruited into the dancing department of Music college in Southwestern University, and studied in the same class. In those four years, they have attended various show as the twins' combination, and been active on stages like the Miss World, air stewardess selection, and dress image spokesmen.

With rich stage show experience, the twins both got recruited by Chengdu military section and became a pair of pretty soldiers in 2008.
"Given the chance, we will join in various show again, not only to gain something, but also to challenge ourselves by such stage show." The sisters will retire from the army in Dec. 1 this year, and the older sister Liang Jiayue says that they came to the army to get nerves trained.

"When we first went into the university, we were in different dormitories and we felt quite odd. We were timid too." In order to encourage themselves, the sisters began to do shows since we had learned dancing from childhood. Whenever they had chances, they would participate in various show.

The twins had been in more than 30 shows in the four years in campus. It was their first time for beauty pageant in the Miss World competition in 2006. They were only 17, and applied because of their mother's encouragement. They got the best talent award. In the national air stewardess competition Rose in the Air in 2007, they got into the top 15, but gave up the job opportunities to be air stewardess and went back to school.

"We don't participate the shows for any prize or job opportunities, let alone going to the entertainment circle. Instead, we do like this to challenge ourselves and to get our talent presented." As very early university students for the show in the city, the twins say that they want to remind others university students who want shows in future, "You need to get practised and improved with the experience rather than getting lost in the process. You need to balance."

As for the phenomenon that there are more and more university students going for the show, the sisters think that the competition is an experience that requires neither blindness nor aims. The process will be meaningless if you pay too much attention to the result. "No competition should delay your study."
