The competitive contest for the twins

The contest has 3 rounds and each round has different rules and details to choose the one who can enter the finals.
 
The contest has no restrictions for age. The score is given by the professional judges. The age and the knowledge of the contestants will be taken into consideration. The contestant who want to win the champion must pass the preliminary round, the qualify round and the final round.
