This is Charles and John in the middle of one of the ubiquitous "group photos" which take place at the Hot Dog dinner on Friday night. For most people, this is the first event of the festival, and it's a great time to meet up with old friends, make some new ones, and start to get mentally prepared for what the weekend has in store for you!
