"DieZongZong"
The true sensation of "KuZhaZha", that is, "stop working to begin cooking and eating together", is fully get embodied in the second day of the festival. No need to say, every one is spared off their duty of working on fields; instead, their only "job" in this day is to cook and eat together, called "DieZongZong".

On this day, food should be prepared respectively by all the families in the village, and then be brought to and put on the tables one connected to another that are set at the plain ground in the center of the village. It's important that all best foods of each family must be put on the table, even the poorest ones should offer as much as they can.

"DieZongZong" is also carried on for "WeiZhiShiPi", the gods. As there are so large a number of families living in the earthy world that, some of them, especially those old and poor ones, may be missed the gods. In that case, these families would not be able to get the gods' blessing. Lest such unfortunate things' happening, all families of the village come together to certain place, and offer their sacrifices to the gods together. Hani people also believe that, since the gods have received all the families' sacrifices, they should treat them all poors and olds impartially with equal fortunes.

In fact, "DieZongZong" is not a special event happens only during "KuZhaZha"; on all kinds of Hani festivals or events, like wedding or funeral, "DieZongZong" is always obtaining the most fascinating position for all of its "Hani style". As open and plain grounds are not easy to be found in all mountainous villages, tables are sometimes set along the roads inside the villages, which seem like a great dragon. So "DieZongZong" is also called as "Long Dragon Feast" (or "Long Street Feast" in towns).
