Meet Simon Cowell's nightmare: X Factor twins John and Edward who have zero tale

X Factor twins John and Edward Grimes certainly seem to be making the most of their rise to fame.

The Dublin brothers looked delighted arriving back at the X Factor house yesterday as they were besieged by adoring fans. The cheeky duo climbed on top of the barrier to greet the public to sign autographs and have their photos taken. They even allowed screaming girls to stroke their bleached hair.

All in all, they appeared to be revelling in the attention. Just as well, as they are likely to be enjoying it for some time - despite the fury of a certain bemused pop puppet-master, as NICOLE LAMPERT and SARA NATHAN explain...
